Machine Inbox is for task-scoped email used with consent. These rules apply to every website request, mailbox, inbound message, and reply.
Do not use the service to
- send unsolicited commercial email, bulk messages, harassment, threats, or deceptive content;
- phish, impersonate another person or organization, distribute malware, or steal credentials;
- evade an account ban, platform restriction, identity check, rate limit, or legal requirement;
- create accounts where temporary or automated addresses are prohibited;
- receive or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, or content that exploits a person;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
- interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or consume resources in a way that harms other users;
- use the service for regulated health, financial, export-controlled, classified, or similarly sensitive data without written approval.
Email rules
You must have a lawful basis and any required consent for each reply. You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and other laws that apply to you. You may not bypass a suppression, bounce, no-reply, or recipient block.
Enforcement
We may reject messages, suspend inboxes, block wallets or network sources, preserve evidence, and report conduct to service providers or authorities. We may do this without notice when delay could cause harm.
Report abuse
Report abuse to info@machineinbox.com. Include the inbox address and the message involved. Stop using the service if you encounter abuse.
