These terms govern use of the Machine Inbox website and API. By paying for or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
The service
Machine Inbox provides temporary email addresses, message storage, API access, and restricted replies. An inbox lasts for the period shown when it is created. We may enforce message, storage, sending, and request limits.
Payment
The price appears in the MPP challenge before purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable after the service has created an inbox. Authenticated replies are included with the paid inbox and remain subject to service limits. Stripe’s payment terms may also apply to the buyer’s payment method.
Your responsibilities
You must protect mailbox tokens and idempotency keys. Activity authorized by a valid token is treated as your activity. You must have the right to send every reply and process every message you submit. You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited email.
Delivery and deletion
Email delivery is not guaranteed. Messages can be delayed, rejected, suppressed, or classified as spam by receiving systems. Expired and deleted inbox content is removed through an asynchronous cleanup process. Backups and security logs may persist for a limited period where needed to operate, secure, or comply with law.
Suspension
We may reject mail, block a recipient, suspend an inbox, or terminate access when needed to stop abuse, protect deliverability, meet legal duties, or keep the service available. We may change limits or stop offering the service.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities. Total liability for a claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the affected service during the prior three months or US $25.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
